Ancient wheat seeds.
This variety is a mixture made by a passionate farmer-baker from around thirty different varieties.  

Sowing in the ground: September-October-November
Sow broadcast or in rows 15 cm apart, every 2 to 3 cm, covering the seeds by about 2 cm. Tamp lightly.
Sunny exposure and poor soil (clay, limestone or sandy).  

IMPORTANT: in order to prevent any risk of wheat decay, we recommend treating the seeds a few days before sowing in an acetic solution diluted at 5% (white vinegar diluted at 50% in water). Half a teaspoon per sachet is sufficient (1.5 liters per 100 kg). Underdosing would be ineffective and overdosing could limit germination.  

Harvest: June-July-August
This variety of wheat has varying shapes and colors. Plants can reach 60 to 150 cm.
