24 cm pan and 28 cm forged aluminum pan 4 mm thick ensuring a fast and uniform distribution of heat and indeformable.
A bottom in stainless steel AISI 430 allows compatibility with induction to be used on all cooking plates.  

60 microns full black non-stick coating without PFOA or PFOS of the latest generation, highly resistant textured surface. Sustainability is therefore increased (50% more than an anti-adhesive ) and provides a perfect glide, high resistance to abrasion and high heat.  

The single and resistant steel strapping tails are securely fixed by three rivets making them indestructible. They have a suspension hole to stay practical.
Their comfort is optimized thanks to a wood cover of Vosges beech riveted for a good hold and waxed with natural beeswax. So you can grab them without burning and enjoy the contact of the patinated wood. The wood comes from PEFC certified forests.
Glass lid 28 cm to follow the cooking by transparency. Equipped with a steam hole, the lid snaps is limited in case of large steam releases. Stainless steel edge net and adjusted. Large and curved button in wood of the Vosges matching the tail of the stove and the sauteuse and remaining cold.  

Ultra-resistant non-stick coating of last generation 60 microns.
