24 cm pan and 28 cm forged aluminum pan 4 mm thick ensuring a fast and uniform distribution of heat and indeformable.
A bottom in stainless steel AISI 430 allows compatibility with induction to be used on all cooking plates.
60 microns full black non-stick coating without PFOA or PFOS of the latest generation, highly resistant textured surface. The durability is therefore increased (50% more than a classic non-stick) and provides a perfect glide, high resistance to abrasion as well as high heat.  

The simple, practical, modern and durable stainless steel strapping tails are securely fixed by three rivets, making them indestructible. They have a suspension hole to stay practical and allow oven passages up to 10 minutes and 230°C.  

Glass lid 28 cm to follow the cooking by transparency. Equipped with a steam hole, the lid snaps is limited in case of large steam releases. Stainless steel edge net and adjusted. Elegant round stainless steel knob and staying cold.
