The 24 cm long stainless steel blade (NITRO-B alloy) is designed for maximum impact resistance.
This French alloy offers good sharpness and optimum corrosion resistance.
The blade wire is laser cut for high precision.  

The black handle is made of overmolded TPE alloy for a good grip and to facilitate cleaning
