Snowflake pattern wooden pastry roll

Engraved wooden pastry roll with snowflakes pattern.
Decorate shortbread, bredele, marzipan, sugar paste and other cookies and cakes.

Roll out your dough with a traditional smooth roller then pass the decoration roller by exerting light pressure. Your dough is now nicely decorated with small flakes.
For shortbread and bredele cookies, cut with a cookie cutter to obtain raised shortbread.
Also suitable for decorating clay when making pottery.
Dry clean if possible. If necessary, use soap and water and dry well. Not dishwasher safe
