Fire trolley and cheese oven dish with charcoal gray ceramic lid Emile Henry Charcoal.
Perfectly cooked potatoes without water or fat and gratinated and tender cheeses for the aperitif or as a main course.  

This set consists of two Emile Henry ceramic dishes.
The ceramic allows cooking evenly with gentle heat and retains this heat even after cooking, when presented to the table.
The devil can be used on all fires except induction and in the oven. It is advisable to turn the dish every 15 minutes to cook without adding water potatoes but also chestnuts, carrots, turnips ...
The cheese baking dish is 17 cm in diameter and has a lid.  

Both dishes have handles on the lid to easily handle or turn the entire dish.
The lids prevent your dishes from drying out and keep the dish warm until table service.
The ceramic is vitrified with a dark gray enamel, which gives a smooth surface that is easy to clean and very resistant. it is therefore possible to use metal utensils in these dishes and to put them in the dishwasher.
