Pasta dies for lasagne, spaghetti and tagliatelle.
Bronze and brass dies of 5 cm diameter.
With these dies you can make :
- lasagne and pasta sheets 13.5 cm wide and 1 to 4 mm thick,
- 2 mm wide spaghetti that you cut to the desired length,
- 8 mm tagliatelle or fettuccine noodles that you also cut to the desired length,
The bronze and brass dies give a paste that is not smooth but a little rough or grainy. The latter holds the sauce particularly well and thus produces tasty pasta dishes that go well with the sauce.
