Perforated tart circle with straight stainless steel rim diameter 20 cm.
Straight and high circle of 3,5 cm.
The circle is studded with perforations allowing a perfect baking of the pie dough because moisture escapes in the form of steam during cooking for a crispy result.
The straight edge allows easy and clean removal from the mould of desserts, cakes and other preparations.
Can be used for shortbread or shortcrust pastry, sweet or not.
Designed in collaboration with the Valrhona chocolate manufacturer's pastry school.
