Triple diffuser bottom with aluminum wafer for heat distribution and distribution covered with an AISI 430 stainless steel disc compatible with all heat sources including induction.
Anti-drip curved pouring edge to prevent sagging.
Welded tubular tail with hanging hole. Air circulation in the tube keeps the handle cool.
