With this thermometer you have control over the temperature of your sterilizer: you just need to immerse the 25 cm long sheathed rod in the liquid and read the data on the dial.
Thanks to its silicone seal, you can attach the thermometer to the hole in the dedicated cover. It will stay in place even during the boiling phase which can generate vibrations and thus avoid splashes which could escape from it.
