24 cm 4 mm thick aluminum forged stove ensures a fast and even distribution of heat and is dimensionally stable.
An AISI 430 stainless steel bottom allows compatibility with induction for use on all hobs.
60 micron full non-stick PFOA black non-stick coating of the latest generation, highly resistant textured surface. The durability is increased and provides a perfect glide, high resistance to abrasion as well as high heat.
The steel strip tail, simple and resistant is firmly fixed by three rivets which makes it indémanchable. It has a hanging hole to stay practical.
Its comfort is optimized thanks to a cladding made of Vosgian beech wood riveted for a good performance and waxed with natural beeswax. You can grab it without burning yourself and appreciate the contact of the weathered wood. The wood comes from PEFC certified forests.
