This 28 cm frying pan is made of multilayered 3-PLY stainless steel that combines several layers of material on 2.7 mm thick:
- a high performance non-stick coating on a strong, easy-to-use and maintain, PFOA-free hard base
- a solid and durable stainless steel layer,
- an aluminum foil on all the surface allowing a distribution of the homogeneous heat on all the surface of cooking and even the edges,
- a layer of stainless steel exterior easy maintenance and compatible induction and all fires.  

Its high skirt shape and pouring edge makes it convenient to use for various preparations.
It has a stainless steel tubular shank that stays cool, firmly attached to the bowl by two rivets.  

Compatible with induction, gas, electric, halogen and vitroceramic hobs.
