Large 50x30x2.5 cm beech cutting board with gutter and deep collection tank.
For cutting large pieces of meat, cold cuts, vegetables, bread ...
Made from a single piece of solid beech, it is aesthetic and robust and can be seen on your worktop.
Its ends are waxed and bevelled to simplify its cleaning and prevent humidity from rising and damaging the wood.
It is also not recommended to put this board in the dishwasher. Despite all the precautions taken in the manufacture of this board, if it were to curl, you just need to place it for a while under a weight, it will regain its initial shape.  

The beech used is of PEFC and FSC certified origin. It is neither treated nor bleached with chlorine.
