40x28x2.5 cm beech chopping board or block with channel and deep collecting tank.
Made from a single piece of solid beech, it is aesthetic and robust. Its ends are waxed and bevelled to prevent humidity from rising during cleaning. It is also not recommended to put this board in the dishwasher. Despite all the precautions taken in the manufacture of this board, if it were to curl, you just need to place it for a while under a weight, it will regain its initial shape.  

The beech used is of PEFC and FSC certified origin. It is neither treated nor bleached with chlorine.
