Professional rolling pin straight in beech 50 cm waxed.  

This professional pastry roll is 50 cm long and 4.5 cm in diameter and is ideal for spreading all sorts of puff pastry, broken, shortbread ... limiting the effort.
It is waxed to prevent the paste from catching and to facilitate cleaning. It will not deform under water and will have a nice touch.
Do not put in the dishwasher, however.  

The beech used is of certified origin PEFC and FSC, it is untreated and unbleached with chlorine.
