Professional rolling pin in boxwood 50 cm waxed.
Pequia, also called "boxwood", is one of the densest and most resistant woods. Used in the manufacture of this roller, it is the guarantee of an excellent quality and a significant durability.  

This professional pastry roll is 50 cm long and 4.5 cm in diameter and is ideal for spreading all sorts of puff pastry, broken, shortbread ... limiting the effort.
It is waxed to prevent the paste from catching and to facilitate cleaning. It will not deform under water and will have a nice touch.
Do not put in the dishwasher, however.  

The boxwood used is certified PEFC and FSC, it is untreated and unbleached with chlorine.
