Professional rolling pin straight in acacia 50 cm waxed.
Acacia wood, also known as acacia or false acacia, is the hardest of European woods. Its strong natural strength and durability make it an ideal, rot-proof and an alternative to exotic woods.
This professional pastry roll is 50 cm long and 4.5 cm in diameter and is ideal for spreading all sorts of puff pastry, broken, shortbread ... limiting the effort.
It is waxed to prevent the paste from catching and to facilitate cleaning. It will not deform under water and will have a nice touch.
Do not put in the dishwasher, however.  

The acacia used is of certified origin PEFC and FSC, it is untreated and unbleached with chlorine.
