Refractory stone accessory for Turbogrill.
Make fougasses, focaccia, ciabatta, bruschetta, mini-pizza, toast, golden croque-monsieur, quickly and with a homogeneous cooking.
15x25 cm stone, all stainless steel support.
Preheat the refractory plate 5 to 8 minutes at mid-height. Once it has stored the heat to restore it to the dough and give a crisp and golden crust, it is ready for cooking.
Place it at the bottom of the Turbogrill and slip in your preparation.
After only 30 seconds, turn the food around with the portion facing outward for another 30 seconds.
It's ready, your dough is cooked.  

In view of the power of the device, only the pasta quite fine can cook. Large breads can not be made with this appliance. Only fairly flat rolls can cook properly.
