Recipe of Patatas bravas

Tapas typical of Spain, how to realize the patatas bravas.

It's simply from your potato cubes fried in garlic-flavored olive oil that you will make these tapas.   


Recipe of patatas bravas For 4 people  

- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of paprika (or more depending on your taste)
- 3 tablespoons of crushed tomatoes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 chili pepper
- 10 cl of water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar   


Roll out the recipe Cook 4 potatoes in a large volume of water.  

Meanwhile: Slice one onion and 3 cloves of garlic.  

In the hot olive oil, sauté the onions over medium heat, add the garlic sprinkle with paprika and mix.  

Add 3 tablespoons crushed tomatoes, a pinch of salt, sugar and a little chilli depending on your taste, mix.  

In about 10 cl of water dilute a teaspoon of cornstarch and pour over the mixture. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.  

Pour a dash of vinegar (about a teaspoon) mix.  

Off the heat, mix the sauce and reserve.  

Peel your potatoes, cut into cubes about 2 cm and fry.  

Put your potatoes in a deep dish and cover with sauce.
