Its stainless steel Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade has a hardness of 56-57 HRC.
The quality of this steel gives a cut of exceptional quality, holding the wire of the upper blade knives forged in standard steels and half the need for sharpening.
Increase user comfort by sharpening less frequently, keeping a better edge longer, which avoids forcing and hurting and allows you to work faster in good conditions.  

The bi-material handle is composed of a waterproof and rigid polypropylene core, covered with more flexible elastomer that does not slip and comfortable when handling. Ergonomics is studied in order to limit TMS (musculo-skeletal disorders).
