The 20 cm honeycomb curved paring knife allows you to prepare the meat with great ease, without the meat sticking to the blade thanks to the cells.
Long resistance of the wire and comfort characterize this knife. Developed for professionals and accessible to all amateurs who want a good working tool.  

Trim the meat to obtain beautiful pieces well formed and without excess fat. The large blade makes it possible to cut, the alveoli make it possible to slice the meat finely without sticking, the fine point allows precise work.  

Its Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade has a higher hardness of 56-57 HRC.
The quality of this steel gives an exceptional quality cut, a hold of the blade wire superior to knives forged in standard steels and half the need for sharpening.
Gain in comfort of use by sharpening less often, by keeping a better cutting edge longer, which avoids forcing and injuring oneself and allows to work faster in good conditions.  

The bi-material handle is composed of a waterproof and rigid polypropylene core, covered with a more flexible elastomer which does not slip and is comfortable when taken in hand. Ergonomics is studied in order to limit MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorders).
