Easily serve cake and pie with this sharp angled shovel. In the kitchen, you can also use it to smooth glazes, cream or baking blankets.  

The tool part is made of stainless steel, which gives a patina and an aged appearance, does not scratch and does not take the traces.
The handle of beech wood waxed with natural beeswax is fixed by a stainless steel ferrule. It has a suspension hole and ensures a comfortable grip.
The wood of the handle comes from forests of Vosges in France with sustainable management certified PEFC.
Hand maintenance is advisable to prolong the wood part.
