Stove in steel sheet 24 cm tail iron and wood coated beeswax

24 cm steel stove with tail lined with wooden plates. Everything is protected by natural beeswax.
To fry, grasp, grill, caramelize and brown meats, fish and vegetables. Maillard effect simple to obtain for golden meats on the surface with a taste of grilled and juicy and smooth flesh without overcooking.  

Iron stove from a 2.5 mm thick steel sheet. Lyonnaise cut offering a slightly raised high skirt of 3.2 cm facilitating the service by sliding the food from the pan to the plate.
The raw steel bowl is being blended over time and use to gain protection and improve anti-slip.
The lack of non-stick coating makes it a healthy and ecological product extremely durable, not fearing high temperatures, thermal shocks or scratches. So you can heat hard, fast, deglaze and use metal utensils or knives safely.
Naturally compatible with induction, this stove switches on all fires without heat bottom reported. Thermal shocks are not a problem.
After a first culottage, this stove gains in ease of use with each use. Do not put in the dishwasher or use abrasive or strong detergent to avoid damaging the natural coating and prevent rust. A passage with hot water with a little soap is enough, then it must be well dried and oiled before storage.  

The steel strip tail is varnished. It has a hanging hole for storage. Securable fastening by rivets. For optimum comfort, two waxed beech boards are riveted to the handle and stay cool in all circumstances. The beech wood comes from French forests in the PEFC certified Vosges.  

All fires including induction, quick oven pass possible.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
