The embossing on one side of the vacuum bags makes it possible to suck as much air as possible for the machines with external suction (the bag is in the ambient atmosphere).
The 100 micron thickness gives the bag a solid hold that is strong and does not tear.
Suitable for cooking under vacuum (low temperature cooking, foie gras ...) as well as storage in the ambient air, in the refrigerator and in the freezer.  

Use of embossed bags.
Place the food inside the vacuum bag and place the opening flat in the vacuum machine to suck air and create a vacuum in the bag before welding to seal.
The end of the bag where the welding will be done must be flat. A crease could prevent the machine from completely emptying and the weld may not work properly, allowing the air to return immediately into the bag. If the product in the bag is bulky, be sure to take a bag long enough to suck and make a clean weld, flat.
If you vacuum-pack greasy or damp products, roll back the end of the bag. This allows you to not dirty it and guarantees you to keep enough length to weld properly.
For moist products or with a little juice, you can put them in a first simple freezer pocket with which you fold the tip. Then place it in the embossed vacuum bag with the tip folded down. Put under vacuum, the juice will remain in the first pocket and will not prevent a beautiful weld and will not be sucked by the machine.
