Roaster medium oval casserole model 38 cm enamelled carbon steel

Roaster oval 38 cm.
This casserole allows you to cook chickens, roasts, vegetables and other dishes of your choice in the oven or on all fires including induction by keeping food in their juice to preserve their tenderness and flavor.  

This carbon steel roaster is coated with a double layer of black enamel for a total thickness of 1 mm.
The steel, solid and still light on this thickness allows to quickly rise in temperature to grasp food.
Glazing provides a perfectly smooth, healthy vitreous protective surface (neutral coating), easy to clean and scratch-free with stainless steel utensils.
The lid provided makes it possible to cover even the largest poultry and avoids splashes of fat and juice in the oven. The streaks allow the condensation of the cooking juice to fall to water meats and vegetables to keep them soft. It can also be used alone as a grill in the oven or on the fire for grilled meat or fish.
Off-center handles on the cooker and lid facilitate entry into the oven and reduce clutter.
Suitable for all fires including induction and oven.
