The central support shaft of the bowl is removable at the same time as the bottom, which allows to empty the tank very easily, quickly and cleanly and greatly facilitates the cleaning of all parts.
This mini chopper is sold with a large chopping knife and five discs with their support plate consisting of 3 julienne graters and 2 slicers slicers.
It is compatible with Bamix mixer models from 160W to ensure the necessary power (DeLuxe, Swissline, BamixBox, Black Edition).
The lid including the mechanism does not wash in the dishwasher or under water. Clean with sponge.
