The body of the SCANPAN Pro IQ is made of recycled aluminum cast and pressed at 250 tons. The patented Stratanium® non-stick coating is designed by Scanpan and is unique in the world. A titanium primer allows exceptional adhesion of 3 layers of non-stick coating, which allows a resistance never seen, even using metal utensils in the hot frying pan (spatula, spoon ...).
The use of knives or forcing very strongly will mark the coating of the jumper, or even make a notch, but it will stay in place and will not deteriorate more and will not "jump". The coating is guaranteed without PFOA.

The lid provided is tempered glass, both resistant and transparent to follow your cooking. The elegant finish of the stainless steel surround fits perfectly with the line of the range. The large solid stainless steel knob is also matched with the tail of the jumper and offers a pleasant grip while remaining cold.
