Die-cast aluminum base, blade guard, movable plate and partition in anodized aluminum.
Blade shaft mounted on a double-ball bearing, 200 mm professional hard-chrome plating blade, hardened and ground.
The blade is driven by a belt.
A removable sharpener is provided and a compartment in the base of the slicer is provided for storage.
The tray can be swiveled for easy cleaning. The handle and its safety guard are removable and dishwasher safe.
Cutting thickness adjustable up to 14 mm.
Size of slices: 18 cm long by 13.5 cm high.
