Triple must concentrate.
This concentrate allows you to make 9 litres of Belgian beer. Sweet, yet strong, this golden coloured beer has a malty flavour, with plenty of hops and gentle spices.

Alcohol: 8.0% vol.


USE

Dilute the must with water and sugar, brew, add yeast and leave to ferment in a sheltered place at between 15 and 20°C. After 1 to 2 weeks, transfer the beer, taking care not to drain the deposit, mix with sugar and bottle. This sugar will create the bubbles and foam when the bottle is opened, after maturing for 2 to 3 months.
