Chicken roaster in refractory earthenware

Chicken roaster in refractory earthenware coated with food grade enamel.
Can be used in the oven to replace a rotisserie.

If you don´t own a rotisserie, no problem! This chicken roaster made from refractory earthenware can be used in the oven to replace one.

Prepare your chicken to your own taste, with or without herbs, marinated, with salt and pepper, and place it on the pin in the centre of this chicken roaster.
Add potatoes or other vegetables of your choice to the bottom of the roasting dish with a knob of butter and some water.
Your meal will cook by itself in the oven set to around 200° C.

This chicken roaster is dishwasher safe and you can also wash it with hot soapy water, rinse and leave to dry naturally.
Only store when it is completely dry.
