Ceramic kitchen knife measuring 15 cm with a zirconium oxide base.
This knife is much appreciated in the kitchen for its easy handling and its multi-purpose nature.
The precision of the sharpening and the degree to which it is compacted means that this knife will remain sharp for much longer than a steel knife.
The finish and the sharpening are carried out manually with special diamond mills.
This light knife cuts food perfectly without damaging it and losing taste and flavour.
The blade is very pure and contains no metallic ions. It does not oxidise products (the fruit and vegetables will not turn black) and it transfers no taste of steel to food.
It is hygienic, resistant to acid, oil and salt and will not rust over time.
Easy cleaning under running water.
