Handleless frying pan with 28 cm diameter and a ´lyonnaise´ cut covered with a layer of besswax that offers better protection against rust.
The metal is 2.5 mm thick.

Eco-friendly, recyclable and hard-wearing, this steel pan in 99% pure iron is guaranteed without surface treatment. It naturally encourages the caramelising of cooking juices and the formation of a crust*. When seasoned, it becomes perfectly non-stick.
Suitable for all hobs including induction hobs.
Not suitable for dishwashers.
