Round frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm in the ""Lyonnaise"" style with a coating of beeswax that offers better protection from rusting. The handle has a hole at the end for easy hanging storage. The metal is 2.5 mm thick.
Frying pan made with 99 % pure iron (lyonnaise shape).
Eco-friendly, recyclable and lasting, this steel frying pan made with 99% pure iron is guaranteed without surface coating. It encourages natural caramelising of the cooking sugars and the creation of a crust*. Once seasoned, it becomes perfectly non-stick.
Suitable for all hobs including induction.
Not suitable for dishwashers.
