Sanelli Ambrogio special barbecue carving knife with narrow 21 cm stainless steel blade and brown handle. 

The 21 cm stainless steel blade (NITRO-B alloy) is designed for cutting large slices of meat before cooking.
It offers maximum shock resistance.
This alloy provides a good cutting edge and optimum resistance to corrosion.
The edge of the blade is laser-cut for maximum precision.  

The handle is made of non-slip brown PP for a good grip and easy cleaning.
