Sanelli Ambrogio special barbecue scimitar knife with 31 cm wide stainless steel blade and brown handle. 

The 31 cm stainless steel blade (NITRO-B alloy) is designed to facilitate the rocking movement when cutting meat before cooking.
It offers maximum shock resistance.
This alloy provides a good cutting edge and optimum resistance to corrosion.
The edge of the blade is laser-cut for maximum precision.  

The handle is made of non-slip brown PP for a good grip and easy cleaning.  

This knife complies with all professional hygiene standards.
