The high speed of rotation of this machine allows it to swallow and process tomatoes very quickly to remove skins and seeds and to obtain a coulis without impurity to make tomato sauce, tomato or coulis with a very good yield.  

You can also seed and remove the skins of all tender fruits such as blackberries, raspberries or grapes to make coulis and jams.
For fruits with a high proportion of seeds such as blackcurrant, rosehip or gooseberries, do not fill the hopper under penalty of stuffing the screw and blocking the seeder. Instead, feed the appliance continuously, ensuring that the waste is well expelled at the end of the machine before feeding it again.  

Also prepare soups and compotes passing apples, pears, quinces, melons and other "hard" fruits after having cooked them. You can also pass the cooked fish to make a fish soup without edge or the chestnuts cooked and stripped of their first skin to make chestnut purees and jams.
