Lasagna with artichokes - making dough and lasagna

Ingredients for the dough: 400 g. of flour
4 eggs
4 pinches of salt
A little water   


Ingredients for artichoke filling: 4 artichokes
1/2 lemon
5 fresh tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
200 g. smoked belly
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch of flat parsley
Salt and pepper according to your taste   


Ingredients for bechamel and the finish of the dish: 1 liter of milk
80 g. of butter
80 g. of flour
nutmeg
150 g. grated Emmenthal
Thyme or oregano   


Pastry equipment: 1 pasta mill
1 dough dryer
1 roulette cut dough   


Equipment for filling: 1 steamed corolla
1 Dutch oven
1 stove
1 cutting board
1 kitchen knife
1 double rocker   


Equipment for bechamel and cooking: 1 saucepan
1 whip
1 oven dish
