Stainless steel 5 tray dehydrator/dryer with a thermostat.

The dehydrator works using a simple procedure: heated air is generated by a fan located in the inferior base and carried by a central flue from the bottom to the top to reach all the trays in an even manner. The air absorbs moisture in the food.
Thanks to the automatic timer, no surveillance is required during the process.
The dehydrator stops automatically at the end of the programme cycle.
