Tart plate 30 cm with removable bottom in enamelled sheet steel guaranteed LIFE.
Traditional meat pie very practical with its removable and very resistant bottom with its enamelled sheet.  

Mold 0.9 mm thick steel coated with 0.2 mm enamel for a total thickness of 1.1 mm resistant to temperatures of 400 ° C.
Steel conducts heat perfectly for even cooking and crispy dough.
The removable bottom allows to unmold without effort and especially without damaging the pie.
The smooth, naturally nonstick surface is easy to clean. Quartz enamel vitrification provides rust protection, a clean, neutral coating and exceptional resistance to cuts and abrasion, allowing the use of metal knives and utensils in the dish.
Enamel does not contain PTFE (teflon coating), PFOA, lead or cadmium.
The fluted and fluted edge offers a traditional finish for beautiful, successful pies.
