Vertical 7 litre meat stuffer. Very robust, allowing you to fill all kinds of sausages, saucissons and pudding while extracting air that can rapidly alter the meat.
Cylinder in AISI-304 stainless steel, base in AISI-430 stainless steel, flanks and casing in painted steel.
2 speed variable screw drive in rectified carbon steel.
Crank at the back.
Piston in food grade moplen with silicone garniture with air extraction valve.
Comes with 4 plastic funnels Ø 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm.
Dimensions: 44x27x68 cm.
