Oil manufacturing set with hydraulic press and central screw

Complete package for extracting olive oil or walnut oil including:
- 1 hydraulic press diam. 50 cm,
- 20 split mats each 30 cm in diameter,
- 1 type 32 Tre Spade grinder for grinding walnuts and olives with 1 additional blade and 2 additional plates (4.5 and 6 mm).
Everything you need to extract olive oil or walnut oil.
The hydraulic press measures 50 cm in diameter, with a steel tray and steel radial reinforcements. The beechwood basket is 65 cm in height. The double piston single effect hydraulic mechanism presses with great strength.
The type 32 TRE SPADE grinder with asynchronous 1100 watts motor offers 80 revs per minute, which gives very high torque and low speed for good grinding, even of olive stones, without heating the oil seeds. Reverse gear, body in tin-plated cast iron, worm screw in hot tin-plated wrought steel, base casing and tray in stainless steel, steel gears, plate (99 mm in diameter with 8 mm holes) and knife in reinforced steel.

USE
Begin by grinding the whole olives with their stones, or the shelled walnuts in the grinder.
Remove the basket from the press (wooden cage) and place a mat in the tray (basin) around the worm screw.
Spread around 2 cm of paste, then place a second mat. Repeat the operation and end with a mat.
Place the wooden half moons, then the wedges and screw the mechanism until they are in contact with each other.
Start the hydraulic mechanism to press the oleaginous seed paste into the mats.
The oil with the amurca will flow out of the press.
Once you have recovered this liquid, allow it to decant in order to recover the oil that will float to the top naturally.

MAINTENANCE
To clean the press, simply wash it with a hose and dry it before covering it for storage. Take care of the mechanism which should simply be washed with a sponge if necessary.
The grinder is very easy to maintain because the body can be quickly disassembled. Clean it with soapy water, dry it and grease it after each use. You can use the mats repeatedly by simply rinsing them in water. If the paste is very deep in the fibres, you can use a soft brush to clean them. Do not use a brush that is too abrasive as this will tear the fibres of the mat.
