Concentrated wort for white beer in syrup form with fermentation yeast. This concentrate allows you to make 15 litres of TARWEBIER white beer.

USE
Dilute the wort with water and sugar, brew it, add the yeast and leave it to ferment in an air-free environment between 15 and 20°C. After 1 to 2 weeks, transfer it taking care not to dislodge the deposit at the bottom, mix with sugar and bottle. This sugar is what creates the bubbles and the head when the bottle is opened after maturing for 2 to 3 months.
