Transportable wood oven 70x70 cm

Transportable wood oven in firebrick and stainless steel measuring 70x70 cm. The 60x60 cm cooking surface means that you can cook 2 pizzas at the same time, external thermometer.
The firebrick absorbs the heat for the oven and returns it to the roasts, tarts and pizzas that are cooking within. The stainless steel metal that covers the outside of the oven makes it easy and fast to clean, it isolates the heat and prevents burning when in contact with the hot oven. It also retains the heat from the firebrick. The heat is therefore returned to the interior of the oven and is not lost to the outside. This also means that the wood oven can heat up quickly (in around 20 minutes) and it reduces wood consumption (around 3 kg per hour).
Furthermore, its compact size means that you can use it indoors in the winter by connecting the oven to a pre-existing chimney or to the pipe of a stove and in the summer you can use it outdoors, on a deck or in the garden. It is easy to move around from one place to another, even by car.
Comes with a door and an integrated 0 to 500° C thermometer.
