Professional electric slicer - 120 W - with the CE label.
Pressure moulded aluminium base, blade protection, tray and food carriage in anodized aluminium. Blade carrying shaft mounted on a double ball bearing stage, 195 mm professional hard chromium plated blade , reinforced and precision ground.
The blade is carried along by a belt and a sharpener is also supplied.
Adjustable cutting thickness up to 14 mm.
Size of slices: 20 cm long by 12.8 to 13.5 cm tall.
