Steel Flambadou baster in 5 mm steel for red-hot heating.
100 cm in length.
The cone has not been soldered on the side in order to allow the melted fat to flow out of the recipient.

Use:
Place the steel cone over the coals in order to heat it.
Hold the handle in such a way as to place the cone above the roasting meat.
Put the pieces of fat into the red-hot cone. The grease will flame and drip over the meat which will remain tender while taking on a beautiful brown colour.
