Professional juice pasteuriser

Full professional coil pasteuriser, in stainless steel, composed of:

- a 40 litre pot with lid that serves as a reservoir for the liquid to be pasteurised,

- a 50 litre pot in which the heated water transmits the calories to the juice that passes through the coil with a tap for emptying the water and a mechanical thermometer for measuring the temperature of the water,

- a stainless steel coil, immersed in the 50 l pot, with a tap for filling bottles and a mechanical thermometer for the temperature of the juice during bottling.
