Manual tomato and fruit squeezer.
Double tinned cast iron body and high quality food-grade plastic working screw, collector and hopper (Ø 19) in rigid red plastic. Supplied with a perforated stainless steel cone grid (Ø 1.5 mm).
The ideal device for making sauces, coulis, compotes, purees, jams with:
- small fruits (raspberries, currants, blackberries ...).
- chestnuts (to remove the second skin, once cooked).
- fish soups.
- firm-fleshed fruits once cooked (quinces, pears, apples, etc.).
- and of course the tomatoes.
