Liquid Basque-style marinade.
This ready-to-use marinade has a red color with spicy Basque notes and flavors of onion, tomato, chilli, garlic and Provence herbs.It is ideal for cuts of poultry, chicken thighs, meat from veal, duck breasts and rabbit cuts.
It does not contain hydrogenated oil, according to European directives. All the flavors used are natural. It is free from allergens.
This marinade is made up of very fresh ingredients. It is used by coating for a better impregnation of flavors in the meat.
Its simple design is very practical thanks to its squeeze bottle (which one squeezes) of 250 ml.  

Dosage: 8 to 10% of the weight of the meat.
Use: in marinade: shake the bottle well before use. Impregnate the meat and let stand 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator before cooking on the barbecue, on a plancha or in a pan. It is also possible to use it in direct flavoring of pan-fried, wok: put the marinade in the pan, add your ingredients and cook over high heat.
