This carbon steel wok pan is ideal for searing your meats to perfection, but also for sautéing your vegetables quickly. You can even use it on a barbecue.
Excellent conductor, the steel will rise in temperature quickly and uniformly. It will skate over time: the more you use it, the less it hangs.
Thanks to its athermic handle (which does not conduct heat) in acacia, you can use it in complete safety: the acacia has naturally antibacterial properties, which is why its appearance is irregular.  

Before the first use, it is advisable to follow these few points:
- clean the wok with hot water
- add a little oil and distribute it evenly over the entire wok (bottom and edge)
- heat gently
- when the oil begins to "smoke" remove the excess using absorbent paper: be careful because the pan is very hot!
- Remove from heat and let cool
You can now use it safely.  

This process allows your wok to season evenly to make it non-stick as it is used. Its appearance will change over time, it will "brown", but it is the normal evolution of the color of the steel which "breeches".
It is also recommended, after use, to dry the wok well before storing it. The ideal is to brush it with a little oil with absorbent paper to guarantee optimal conservation.
