Curd slice with 4 stainless steel blades.  

This curdled slice of 30.5 cm allows you to extract a maximum of whey (whey) during the draining phase.
The blades are designed to cube the curd in order to prevent the grains from sticking together, thus allowing a good flow of the whey and consequently the increase of the dry matter of your future cheese.
With the help of this tool, you can therefore make matured, firm cheeses that keep longer.
This curd slice is ideal for cutting very small volumes of curd between 5 and 30 liters.  

Maintenance advice:  

After each use, disassemble the curd slice and wash it by hand with dishwashing liquid. Then rinse with clean water and let drain.
Do not reassemble the curdled slice until all the pieces are dry.
